There are four different wedding packages available from Lighthouse Point:
 
5 days and 4 nights either Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday $9,650.00

4 days and 3 nights Thursday to Sunday $8,750.00

3 days and 2 nights Friday to Sunday $7,950.00

2 days and 1 night package come anytime after 2:00 pm on Friday and leave by Midnight Saturday $7,150.00

All new starting in the fall of 2010 Lighthouse Point will be doing weddings through the end of October. All weddings in October and May will include FREE use of our indoor reception hall.

Included in our wedding packages pricing are all the items listed below:

• There are 10 non smoking rooms spread throughout 4 different guest houses on the property. Each room has its own bathroom and 4 have kitchen facilities.
  
  These rooms will sleep about 30 friendly people or 10 not so friendly people.  This alone could cost between $2500.00 hundred and $4000.00 dollars anywhere else.  It's included in the package.
• * use of the 5 Gazebos
• * 6 picnic tables, normally used for rehearsal dinner  
• * 3 round patio tables & chairs with umbrellas
• * 19 park benches, placed though out the property allowing your guests some quite time together.  
• * 15' X 15' hexagon gazebo (we can set it up anywhere you want) it gets used for ceremonies, the bar, the cake and gift area and sometimes it doesn't get used at all.
• * 30' X 40' (1200 sq. ft.)tent ($1500 rental & set up cost anywhere else, included)
• * 30' X 60' (1800 sq. ft.) tent ($2000 rental & set up cost anywhere else, included)
• * 10' X 20' tents used as a walk way between the big tents or as a cover for the caters. ($200 rental & set up cost anywhere else, included)
• * tent set up
• * up to 12' X 18' (216 sq. ft.) dance floor ($600 included with no additional charge)
• * wedding bell
• * (24) round dinner tables ($5 to $10 ea. included)
• * (7) 3' X 8' tables ($5 to $10 ea. included)
• * (370)white chairs, included, remember you need twice as many chairs as guests. One set for the wedding and one set for the reception. ($2 to $8 ea. included)
• * several ice chest / coolers
• * Bose outside speakers
• * (6) outside heaters (you pay for the propane)if we use them
• * 2 portable bars
• * Silver Cloud Rolls Royce (we drive, it makes a grand entrance for the Bride, try to find one of these at any price, it's included, if it fits your style. 
• * fire pit and firewood
• * row boat
• * outside grill normally used at rehearsal dinner  
• * basketball net
• * (4)full size refrigerators with freezers
• * shuttling guests back and forth to the parking lot 
• * shuttle back & forth to parking lot for guests
• * freezer (for ice)

• * 5 pedestals for flowers
• * champagne chiller & holder
• * bubble making machine
• * lighting for inside the tents
• * 2 wedding arches (we move them all over the grounds)one is white the other is black
• * Privacy ... the grounds are fenced and gated

Everything above is included in our wedding package we don't nickel and dime you to death with extra charges.

I am sure I have forgotten several things but if I have it and you need it, you can use it, without charge, within reason of course.

If your rehearsal dinner is going to require special set-up, be larger that 40 people or both then there is an additional hourly set-up and tear down charge.

If you are going to want hanging lanterns or special decorations inside the tent there is an additional hourly charge for this service also. 
   
A $750.00 non-refundable deposit holds your wedding date. We will not hold a date without a deposit, 50% of the remaining balance is due January 15th the year of your wedding, this amount is also non-refundable. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.  An additional refundable $750 damage deposit is required the day you arrive for your wedding.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Personal Checks.

If the Bride and Groom, family members or guests wish to arrive a day early or stay an extra day after the wedding ... rooms may be available on an individual bases.

Sunsets, Stars, the Full Moon, Swans, Butterflies, Wild Flowers, Northern Lights and anything else that Mother Nature brings to the party is FREE.
 
The view of the Great Lake Freighters, Lake Michigan, St. Helena Island and its Lighthouse from our pier and shoreline are also FREE, but they can't be purchased anywhere else at any price. It's all part of the uniqueness that makes Lighthouse Point so special.
